Following signed
agreements to the
next appointment.

Spot On Roofing asked the XBuild Operator how signed service agreements move toward approval and booked appointments. The AccuLynx answer mapped the path and showed where appointment records were missing.

Live test findings from Spot On Roofing's XBuild Operator rollout session on October 13, 2026. Counts describe what was recorded in AccuLynx at query time. They do not confirm missed appointments, missed follow-ups or lost deals.

01 / THE STORYA workflow with its own milestones.

Spot On Roofing works on insurance claims, and its process has its own shape. A deal starts with a signed service agreement, then moves through the claim filing, an XBuild report, a welcome call and finally an appointment on a closer's calendar.

The team wanted to track standard KPIs alongside a closer look at each of those milestones, starting with the handoff from signed agreement to the next scheduled step.

02 / THE STORYWhat the live query returned.

In an early-access session, the XBuild team asked the Operator to follow deals from contingency signed onward in AccuLynx. The live query returned 216 deals with no appointment recorded after contingency signing.

03 / THE STORYReading 216 the right way.

That number describes the records. It does not prove that 216 appointments were missed. In the session, the team explained that some information had not been entered into AccuLynx correctly, and that older data carried over from a previous system had milestones that were not categorized cleanly.

That still makes it a valuable finding. It shows exactly where the appointment trail goes quiet in the system, which is the right place to start a review of how milestones and appointments get logged.

04 / THE STORYAsking sharper questions next.

The team's response was practical. Some of the data is right, some needs cleanup, and they can work out the right questions to ask. With Operator access live from that session, they can check a sample of those 216 deals against what actually happened, tighten how appointments are recorded and rerun the same query to see whether the records line up.
