Data and security
Headquarters connects to your CRM, accounting, photo apps and email through access you authorize. It copies the records you share, writes back approved updates and runs scheduled jobs under rules you set. You can revoke access whenever you choose.
System of record
A copy of your records
The connection
You create the connection in your own account. What Headquarters can reach depends on what you share and what each provider's permissions allow.
Create the connection in your own account, such as an access key in your CRM, and choose what to share. Your CRM stays the system of record.
Headquarters reads what you shared and keeps a copy, so Rex can answer questions across jobs, estimates and invoices.
Approved updates and scheduled jobs run through documented integrations. Headquarters identifies itself when it connects.
Revoke access and the connection stops. Records already copied stay in Headquarters and remain yours.
What gets copied
Software, templates and licensed data from your CRM vendor are excluded by design and can't be selected.
Ownership
Records in Headquarters, and the connected records behind them, belong to your business. We don't sell them or use them to build products for other customers.
Keep a standing copy of your records, held by XBuild or in storage you own.
Request a complete export in a standard format, with links between jobs, contacts, estimates and invoices preserved. Photos and documents arrive as original files, sent to you or to storage you own.
