01 / THE STORYThe sales pipeline is where Roof US 247 wanted clarity.
For Roof US 247, tracking where each prospect sits in the sales pipeline ranks ahead of high-volume estimating. Sales leaders want to see estimates, follow-ups and stage movement in one place, and the company's AccuLynx data was connected to XBuild at the start of its beta.
02 / THE STORYOne question, a dated answer.
During onboarding, the XBuild team ran a live prompt against that data: find prospects with no activity in more than 30 days, leaving out anything older than six months. The answer covered jobs created since April 8, 2026, that were still in the prospect milestone.
Of 165 prospects, 90 met the definition of stale. The Operator stated that definition up front and produced a chart, so the team could see exactly what had been counted and why.
It also reported about $550,000 in estimated value attached to those prospects. That figure comes from estimates on open prospects. It describes opportunity still sitting in the pipeline, and it is no measure of revenue earned or recovered.
03 / THE STORYA list the sales team can work.
The team already knew follow-up was a pressure point. They noted 172 dead leads for the current year in their own tracking. What the Operator added was a precise, filtered view: specific prospects, a clear activity cutoff and a defined window.
That turns a general concern into something a sales leader can assign. Because the question is written in plain language, it can be rerun with a different window or a tighter definition whenever the pipeline changes.
04 / THE STORYBuilding the habit.
Writing a good question is a skill, and the team raised it directly. XBuild committed to a prompt documentation guide and on-site training so more people at Roof US 247 can ask questions like this one with confidence and put the results into their weekly sales routine.
