    Using JobNimbus files and photos in XBuild

    Yes, XBuild can use selected JobNimbus job files and site photos in an estimate or proposal workflow. Users pull attachments into an XBuild project or chat prompt, where XBuild uses them as context. Status updates and proposal documents flow back to JobNimbus as XBuild sales milestones progress.

    How it works

    1. Search for and link a JobNimbus contact or job in XBuild to import job details.
    2. Select and pull contracts, scopes, takeoffs, files, and site photos into an XBuild project or chat prompt as context for generating an estimate or proposal.
    3. As XBuild sales milestones progress, status updates and proposal documents flow back to JobNimbus.

    Requirements

    • An XBuild Pro plan or greater is required.
    • A JobNimbus Administrator must create an API key and assign an access profile with the required job, document, photo, and attachment permissions.

    Limits

    • Attachment context comes from the files and photos users select and pull, not every attachment in JobNimbus.
    • Access to job details and attachments depends on the permissions assigned to the API key's access profile.
